Good news for everyone who loves a good gin & tonic but also likes to try something new. Hendrick's is introducing a new, permanent flavor. And believe me: this is another one you'll want to taste. I made a Sgroppino with it and it is *so* good! I share the recipe further down in this article.
While Hendrick's is naturally known for rose and cucumber, that profile is now enriched with an unexpected twist. Think fresh orange blossom and soft cocoa. A combination you might not immediately expect in a gin, but one that works surprisingly well. The result? A gin that is fresh and floral, with a soft, almost creamy finish.
What I personally like about this launch is that it isn't just another limited edition. This is the first new, permanent Hendrick's in almost ten years. The inspiration comes from Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, who brought together her love for flowers and chocolate in this creation. Experiments with botanicals took place in the greenhouses of the Hendrick's Gin Palace in Scotland until this special balance emerged. The result is recognizably Hendrick's, but with a new twist that fits perfectly with the times and allows you to create truly surprising cocktails!
Curious about the best way to drink this gin? Of course, a classic G&T is always a good idea. But if you really want to create something special, go for the Sgroppino. Fresh, light, and perfect as an aperitif or for a festive moment at home.

Mix the gin and lemon sorbet in a bowl until smooth. Pour the mixture into a beautiful cocktail glass, such as a Nick & Nora glass. Top off with the prosecco for a refreshing fizz. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and some orange zest for extra aroma.
This is such a fun dessert for a dinner party at home! Although I am also curious which restaurant will put it on the menu, because I predict this is going to be a huge hit.
| TIP: Serve this cocktail well chilled for the best result. Perfect for a sunny day, dinner with friends, or simply when you're in the mood for something tasty.
