Tip: Julius Caesar is playing at the Amsterdamse Bostheater until September 9

22 August 2017

Go to the open air theater at the amsterdamse Bostheater

The Amsterdamse Bostheater at the Amsterdamse Bos is the bright center of this summer. During the whole summer you can go to the most beautiful and most special theater performances, music concerts and other (kids) performances in the open air. Every year they make performances that can only be seen at the Amsterdamse Bostheater. Better said; you see them only here and nowhere else! It’s very simple. Find a good spot on the tribune, get comfy and enjoy the lovely show.

What is there to see and to do? Until September 9, you can go to the beautiful show Julius Caesar – “When Julius Caesar is going to get absolute power, Brutus is being tested. What does weigh heavier, his friendship with Caesar or the survival of democracy? His own interest or the national interest?”. This show is amazing! Are you more into music concerts? Then come to Milow on Sunday September 3 or Matisyahu on September 10. Check out the whole program over here again. Let’s plan a date!

Besides going to theater performances, there are more activities like forest walks and performances made and played by the mini theater talents. You can, of course, also enjoy good food and drinks. Have a picnic in the park or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or even dinner. This is so nice, it almost feels like you are on the other side of the Netherlands. A real day out!
