It’s time for the best days of the week and for a change I’m in Amsterdam for the whole weekend! I will enjoy this as much as I can! For the real foodies, there are several Sunday brunches and food markets. But what you can’t miss is De Foodparade at Het Sieraad! Or looking for new hotspots? – From Friday until Sunday you can go to De Foodparade Carnival Amxxxdam. Expect a lot of food, workshops, DJ’s, bingo show, Sunday super brunch and a lot of craziness :-)
– They’re back: Vondelpark op vrijdag! A cool Friday afternoon drinks party at Vondelpark3. Once you are there, don’t forget to check out the winter menu!
– Cut Throat Barber & Coffee moved to Beursplein! A great spot for men of course. But, here they also serve really good coffee and Australian dishes!
– Have dinner this weekend at one of the 13 restaurants with a Bib Gourmand 2016!
– Start you weekend on Thursday at Vodka Infusions in The Hoxton Hotel. Taste different vodka flavours such as bacon, elderflower and cinnamon.
– Sunday is going to be cool with the lazy Sunday boozy brunch PRONTO at Americano. Come and join for great food, tunes and lots of champagne!
– There is also a brunch at Baut Zuid called Benedict Brunch. Don’t forget to book a table.
– Or go to one of the coolest food markets: Neighbourfoodmarket. Nice to wander around and taste everything!
– Dim Sum Now is open! This is going to be a dim sum weekend ;-)
– Beers and bites at pop-up bar Pand10! This pop-up bar will close when 10.000 beers are ordered! So, will you help them?
– Do you want to learn more about wine? A Lot of Wining is organising a wine tasting this Sunday at Draagbaar!
– For a foodie Sunday you also go to diMANGE at Felix Pakhuis. A cool market where you can taste pure products, drink bubbles and listen to music.

– You can visit the pop-up store Traveler’s Factory until November 24. Exclusive Traveler’s Factory products are sold here which are normally only sold in Tokyo.
– This Saturday and Sunday it’s time to go hunting for bargains at the IJ-hallen.
– Are you looking for vintage, secondhand and hand made products? Go to pop-up store Emporium of Wonders at Javastraat.
– Also cool: All the Luck in the World opened a third location! Everything revolves around furniture made of natural materials.
– Did you already visit De Merkenwinkel? This cool pop-up store sells several cool brands. This shop is open until November 22.

– Last week, the exposition Then & Now started at Gallery Villa del Arte. Frank E. Hollywood is presenting his newest expo’s ‘Neo gilded age’ and ‘Neo nostalgia’. You can visit the exhibition until Sunday November 29.
– Foam has a new exhibition: We May Have Met Before. Seven Chinese artists give insight in China with focus on the cultural climate, artistic developments and photography.
– The Amsterdam Museum has a new cool exhibition: Graffiti: New York Meets the Dam. The exhibition shows graffiti from New York and Amsterdam from the 70 & 80’s.
– A must visit: Magnum Contact Sheets at Foam! With the use of original contact sheets and vintage prints you can see how iconic pictures were made (until December 9).
– Let’s go back to the 60s! At the Tropenmuseum with the The Sixties expo! Fashion, design, music, architecture and photographs from the 60’s are exposed.
– Van Gogh goes hand in hand with Munch during Munch: Van Gogh at Van Gogh Museum from September 25 until January 17.
