Does June 21 always mark a special moment for you too? It’s the official start of the Summer, and the longest day of the year. So plenty of time to do fun things! I’m going on a holiday this weekend with the whole family, but this last week I was definitely enjoying all that Amsterdam has to offer. We had a great dinner over at Bam Boa on their terrace, I went on a date night with my lover and took a peek at Nazka. Did you already make plans for the weekend? ❶ Last week was our second time having dinner via SurpriSeat. This restaurant platform turns going out to dinner into a real exciting event again. I highly recommend trying this out for a date night. ❷ Love Indian food like me? Then you want to know Redbone. This place is from the same team that does Golden Brown (another favourite) and the concept is super cool. Almost a bit Berlin-like. ❸ Did you guys hear already? This weekend Stan & Co officially opened their doors on the Weesperzijde in Amsterdam! Being their ‘neighbours’, we got to test out some of the things on the menu, and we could not be more excited with this new hotspot in town. Tip: this Friday we will be having an Instagram give-away for a dinner for 2 at this new place. So keep your eye on our page! 

❹ Calling all foodies! Because this Summer Daalder will be opening their pop-up restaurant Groovy Tables again And boy-oh-boy you do not want to miss this. Enjoy a 6 course meal and a gorgeous view here. Want to know more about how to reserve your table here? Check out the Facebook event!

❽ Hanneke’s Boom. We would almost forget about this great place with all the new hotspots opening left right and center. And that’s a shame because Hanneke was there for us when there wasn’t this much cool stuff for us to do in the city yet! And for this reason we want to mention their super fun Hanneke’s Zomerfeest. ❾ You guys know how much we love our Sunday marktets! And the next edition of the Sunday Market will be in the popular Hallen in West. This will be the first out of 2 editions at this location and we are excited. Come between 11am and 5pm for fashion, design, food, drinks and more. ❿ YES! Our east side favourite Benji’s is opening the doors of a second location on the Baarsjesweg this weekend. June 22 is the day that everyone is welcome to check out the place and enjoy some drinks. The guys from Benji’s will provide you with little bites!
