why we are happy with bib gourmands :-)
We must be honest, if we go abroad to cities where there are not so many hotspots, we always look if there’s a delicious authentic restaurant with a Bib Gourmand nearby. For example if we are on our way to our skiing trip or when we have to travel further to Italy or France. If you’re going to a traditional restaurant, then it better be a restaurant with a great kitchen. A Bib Gourmand is rewarded to restaurants with a very good kitchen and a menu that costs € 35,- or less (drinks not included).
Luckily, the restaurants in Amsterdam that have been rewarded with a Bib Gourmand are a little less traditional. But still you don’t go to these places because of their hip interiors. No, you go to these Amsterdam spots to eat good. VERY good: if we have to be complete. And that’s why we share the list with 13 restaurants that have been rewarded with a Bib Gourmand in Amsterdam in 2016 with you. I am already fan of Envy and Elkaar, but the rest of the restaurants are on my Foodie Bucket List for 2016. Bon appétit!
