Amsterdam has gained another gelateria. Gelateria Miuz opened its doors this month just behind Vondelpark and Oud-West. It is a stylish establishment on the Overtoom where you can enjoy gelato or pick up the most delicious gelato for takeaway. From classics like stracciatella and pistachio to new flavors like burrata and apple juice gelato, owner Carlo Petroni continues to adapt and experiment to create the tastiest flavors.

For the gelato, only the best ingredients are used, personally selected by owner Carlo Petroni. At this authentic gelateria, the ice cream is made in-house from start to finish, without the use of pre-made powders. The flavors are created using fresh ingredients such as fairtrade cocoa beans, fresh lemons from Amalfi, single-origin coffee beans, and dairy from local farms . Carlo knows exactly where all the ingredients come from and strives to preserve the true, original flavors. For example, the chocolate gelato at Miuz is made with cocoa beans.

Owner Carlo Petroni grew up with gelato. But unfortunately, he couldn't find his memories of the soft, creamy, and flavorful gelato in the Netherlands. Now that Amsterdam is increasingly developing as a gastronomic epicenter, Carlos wanted to introduce his gelato to the Netherlands. People are increasingly willing to pay for good quality products, and that's exactly what Miuz wants to sell: the best gelato in the Netherlands. Everyone is welcome in the stylish shop on Overtoom to eat in or get takeaway. Miuz is open seven days a week from 12:00 PM to 22:00 PM!
