7 x not to miss at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2015

25 April 2015

Pssst… The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2015 is not only for coffeelovers!

The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2015 is thé festival for coffee experts and coffee lovers! The second weekend of May the NSDM yard will be transformed into a coffee, tea and chocolate paradise. As you know I can not do without my daily dose of coffee so I’m really looking forward to this event!

Why? To discover and taste all the new coffees! But at the Coffee Festival you can also listen to music and look at art! So much to do and see! But, what’s there to do you don’t wanna miss? I have selected the 7 must do’s and sees at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2015. Have fun!

Music | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

A weekend-long live music, at the Coffee Festival! On stage you’ll hear upcoming talent, both national and international. Expect a different and renewed program!

Handsome Barista’s | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

Yes. Handsome barista’s. Have you ever seen a barista who wan’t good looking? My point. For this reason alone you should go to the Coffee Festival! Feel free to stare and watch them make the best latte arts.

Street Food Market | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

For good food you’re also at the right place at the Coffee Festival. On the terrace you find a street food market with both hot and cold bites. From for example Bulls and Dogs, Tante Toast, Baksels and Chocoladebikkels.nl.

Wostok | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

Nothing better than to a coffee drink after eating all that delicious street food. But during dinner I recommend a Wodstok! This cool lemonade brand has it’s own stand on the festival where you can try one of their five flavors.

Espresso Martini Bar | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

Once you go espresso martini, you never go back. This is my absolute favourite cocktail! So during the Coffee Festival you can find me at the Espresso Martini Bar ;-) On Friday evening the festival opens with The Espresso Martini Launch Party you do not want to miss!

The Coffee Art Project | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

What also goes very well together: coffee and art! During the Coffee Festival, you can view and purchase art from local artists. Artworks of course about coffee.

Dutch Latte Art Championship 2015 | Coffee Festival Amsterdam 2015

I always like a little competition. On the Coffee Festival six finalist compete during the Dutch Latte Art Championship. Am so excited to see all the beautiful figures they’re gonna make! And, the champion will represent the Netherlands at the Wold Latte Art Championship.

So coffee lovers, enjoy The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2015!
