bites & beats of chef nick bril during ade x the jane!
Did you know that chef Nick Bril from the world famous restaurant The Jane in Antwerp wants to bring gastronomy and the dance scene closer to each other? For years he’s trying to combine the best of both worlds and yes, it seems to be working. He now proudly presents his pop-up restaurant Str-eat Food for a unique collaboration of ADE x The Jane.
That means that he and colleague Sergio Herman will work their magic on dishes inspired by DJs for three days long during ADE festival. Together they’ve created a street food menu, exclusively for ADE, so that you can taste the most wonderful flavours without having to go all the way to Antwerp. How cool! For the menu they asked several DJs for their favourite ingredients and that’s what they work with.
The special collaboration of ADE x The Jane is made possible by CLICK & Labyrinth. You may already know them from their previous successful parties during ADE. Especially for this occasion, they’re moving to DOK Amsterdam to bring everything your senses need together: the best beats for your ears, the most delicious food for your mouth and loads of other stimulus for the rest. Beats are served by Flying Circus, Cassy, Obscura and This and That and food is served by Nick Bril and Sergio Herman. Ticket sales is going fast, so don’t wait too long.
