I love new restaurants! Little Collins Amsterdam is a cozy bar and restaurant in De Pijp. This lovely little place is an ode to Melbourne, the The owners' hometown and their favorite food and drinks. Little Collins Amsterdam Little Collins Amsterdam is small and intimate with a trendy interior and an open kitchen. The smell of delicious food is delicious! Take a seat at the long table or one of the high tables. The menu at Little Collins Amsterdam consists of brunch and dinner. The brunch menu is served from Wednesday to Sunday and the dinner menu from Thursday to Friday. After just one visit to Little Collins Amsterdam, I'm a fan of the brunch! It's traditional and perfect for a hangover breakfast, with bacon, eggs, and sausage. The dinner menu is modern and international, with dishes that are also great for sharing. Little Collins Amsterdam is popular with Amsterdam's international community, and I can see why :-). In the summer, there's a small terrace outside. The bar at Little Collins Amsterdam is also great for just a drink!
