The park is perfect for those who love wild rides, as it boasts some of Disney World's most thrilling attractions. This makes it a great park for older children and teenagers, although there are plenty of quieter zones for younger kids as well. During our recent visit to Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World Orlando, we explored what's fun for families and compiled all the tips for each age group. This is the coolest new hotel for a night away! Meet @viaantwerp, Antwerp's newest boutique hotel on the border of Zurenborg and Borgerhout (yep, voted the 2nd coolest neighborhood in the world by Time Out).
I recently stayed at this gem, and it truly has it all: a lively bar with a cozy atmosphere, walls adorned with creative art, beautiful, bright rooms, and it's within walking distance of great hotspots. And I haven't even mentioned @mea.antwerp! The delightful restaurant, helmed by a chef who previously worked at The Palomar in London. If you know, you know!

HOME ALONE 4 INCOMING 😅 My trip to NYC ends in a bad (Christmas) movie when the hotel gives my carry-on luggage with passport to an old lady who doesn't realize this and checks the luggage on a flight to the UK!
Now I'm stuck here in NY without a passport, and I missed my flight.
I've experienced a lot in all the years I've been traveling for Your Little Black Book, but this is a first 😅.
This chat video is purely therapeutic in nature 🤣🤣🤣. Because really: HOW?! 🫢
Note to self: it's better to carry your passport all day, instead of leaving it "safely" in the hotel, apparently... and from now on, attach suitcases with cables in the storage room. Even if you're staying in a luxurious and expensive hotel, everything is still done by humans.
Now I'm stuck in one of the world's coolest cities, but of course I just want to be home with Manuel, as planned. 😔

How cool is this? There are places in the Netherlands where you can cut down your own Christmas tree! You don't hear about it very often, even though it's quite common in America (where I'm currently!).
Good to know: some of these places in the Netherlands are only open for a few days a year and you have to reserve a time slot.

This time we went to @williams.farmhouse, one of my favorite lunch spots in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. But is it also fun during the day with kids?
We ordered a 'plain' version of the Farmhouse burger 🍔: yes, really just meat + cheese 🤣… and together with the fries it was a mega success.
Happy child, happy us... and it was such a cozy, rainy afternoon. I mean, this interior makes me dream of the Cotswolds again!

The best attractions for small children in Disney World Orlando: Hollywood Studios
There are fewer attractions for young children than in, for example, Magic Kingdom, but what's there is truly meticulously crafted. Toy Story Land is definitely the highlight for younger children, while older kids will love the faster rides at Galaxy's Edge.
Toy Story Mania
In this interactive 4D game, you'll sit in a cart and score points alongside Woody and Buzz by aiming at targets. Suitable for everyone: all ages and heights.
Alien Swirling Saucers
This is a fun, spinning ride in Toy Story Land where you spin around in a cart alongside alien creatures. Good to know: the minimum height is 81 cm.
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway
This cheerful and surprising ride takes you through a cartoon world, with colorful scenes and unexpected movements. Mickey & Minnie take you on their journey and all the obstacles and fun things they encounter. Suitable for everyone: all ages and heights.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
In this interactive simulator, you and a group must complete a mission in the famous Millennium Falcon. Each seat has a specific role: from pilot to engineer. Good to know: the minimum length is 97 cm.
Star Wars Rise of the Resistance
This is one of the most impressive rides in the park. You become part of a story and travel from room to room in an epic adventure with stormtroopers and the Resistance. Good to know: the minimum height is 102 cm.

A not-too-thrilling roller coaster in Toy Story Land, perfect for kids who like a bit of speed. Good to know: the minimum length is 97 cm.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
You might recognize it from Disneyland Paris, but it's a little different. This attraction is only for the truly daring. In this dilapidated hotel, you freefall down, with unexpected drops along the way. Good to know: the minimum height is 102 cm.

Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage
A half-hour musical performance full of familiar songs and beautiful costumes. A wonderful place to sit back, relax, and be entertained. Suitable for everyone.
Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
This hour-long interactive show lets kids sing along loudly with Elsa and Anna. It's also fun for parents who secretly know all the lyrics. Suitable for everyone.
