Sjefietshé

Amsterdam

Sjefietshé is back! Ceviche pop-up restaurant from April 14-16 at Jacobsz

14 March 2017

Ceviche, but then with an Amsterdam touch at Sjefietshé

Good news for everyone who loves ceviche just as much as I do. Do you remember the last pop-up of Sjefietshé in Amsterdam at the Hoxton? Well, Sjefietshé is back this Spring! And this time at one of our favourite locations: Jacobsz. During the weekend of 14-16 April you can book a table at Sjefietshé x Jacobsz for a 4-course ceviche dinner including drinks for €57,50. This evening is served at the upper part of the restaurant which is turned into a Ceviche restaurant for one week that can seat up some people. The menu is all about ceviche with an Amsterdam twist. I expect ceviche made of Dutch local fish. They serve pairings with or without alcohol by the Amsterdam based partners Dorstlust and Two Chefs Brewing.

Nice: besides the 3 ‘normal’ dinners, you can also go to ‘nachtvissen’ (night fishing) on Saturday. Dinner starts at midnight!

Do you want to go there? Don’t wait to long to decide, because the amount of seats are limited and I expect that there are more ceviche lovers out there like us ;-).
