27 March 2017

YOU WANT TO EAT THESE SALADS IN THE SPRING SUN

A salad is the perfect meal for lunch. It’s light and with ingredients as avocado, goat cheese and nuts, your meal is gets more en more nutritious. Followed by an energy boost for the rest of the day! You don’t feel like making a complicated salad every night? No need to, because there are many great salad spots in Amsterdam. We’ve listed our favourite salads spots in Amsterdam for you. Happy Spring!

7 X SALADS IN AMSTERDAM TO TRY NOW

Hartbiet: Hartbiet isn’t only a yogaschool, but also a lunch café in the center of Amsterdam. Vegetarian and healthy with fresh, organic ingredients. The salads here are a real recommendation. Tip: in the summer you can sit in their relaxed garden, so nice!

SLA: SLA is popular in Amsterdam. It already has five locations in town: on the Zuidas, at the Westerstraat, Utrechtsestraat, Middenweg and at the Ceintuurbaan. SLA has its own favourite salads on the menu, but even better: you can make your own with all the ingredients of your choice. This means a meal with only the stuff you love, yumm!

Juice & Salad: The story behind Juice & Salad is pretty funny: two farm guys established Juice & Salad to offer people from the city homemade farmer products for an accessible and healthy lifestyle. And it worked, because at the meantime they’ve opened 3 locations! In West, at the Canals and in East.

YourLBB's newest lists

Salad & The City: A healthy lifestyle has never been so easy at Salad & The City, because here you can order your favourite salads online! They will be delivered by electric bike, but of course  you can also pick it up yourself at their shop at the Bilderdijk, yay!

salades in amsterdamVenkel: At Venkel, all meal salads are made of organic vegetables from farmers in the neighbourhood. The meals are dependent from the season. At the moment, you can choose a winter salad or make your own. Either way, it’s very healthy!

Vinnies: They’re keeping it real at Vinnies, with their very own salad bar where you can choose between small and big salads by choice. Another plus, they have hot soups on the side. Do you feel more like anything sweet? Go for the banana cake, nomnomnom!

salades in amsterdamGezondigd: at Gezondigd on the Haarlemmerplein you can order the tastiest salads. Our favourite? The salad with courgette with red fruit, cashews & red onion, and the salad with smoked chicken, avocado, and beetroot. Yum!
