Parade Amsterdam 2016: the liveliest cultural feast August 12 – 2826 August 2016
theatre, bites & drinks in a magical setting at parade the hague!
Every year again we’re looking so much forward to it: the parade! So much fun! Because when the parade arrives in Amsterdam, the Martin Luther King park will again be transformed into a fairytale fun party. Lights, drinks, artists and good food. In short: a recipe for success! Just a few weeks and then it’s time for the Parade Amsterdam 2016!
But takes August 12 you too a bit too long? No worries, because after 11 days of theatre, dance and music in Rotterdam the Parade will reach its next destination. The Hague! Already a bit closer to home ;-) And after that Utrecht will follow. With of course on every location the usual recipe where it’s all about the cultural experience as its finest. Because next to the many food stalls and cozy bar, you also go here for the good theatre. And of course for the romantic lightning as well ;-)
As well as in The Hague, Utrecht as Amsterdam there will be shows of Porgy Franssen, Theater aan het Spui, Club Guy & Roni’s Poetic Disasters Club, Isolde Hallensleben & Helena Hilgerdenaar and Saman Amini. One of the new shows in The Hague is Boekenthearapie. Each night a different author will come on stage, to explain about books as a medicine. Among the writers are Paulien Cornelisse, Renate Dorrestein, Thomas Verbogt and Ronald Giphart. A true recommendation!
But of course all the other ingredients as we know from the Parade will be there: there will be live music every night and of course every afternoon it’s time for the children’s theatre. And most important: the carousel will be there as well! Check the full program of the Parade here>>
