Chic snacks at Friterie Par Hasard at De Pijp!
Snack in style at Amsterdam’s Friterie Par Hasard. The shop used to be called Frites uit Zuyd, so you might know it already ;-). For those of you who know me it’s not a surprise that I have an addiction to frikadels. I know… quite a contrast with the healthy food and lifestyle I like. But I think everyone has some quilty pleasures and Frikadel is one of mine ;-).
Luckily Friterie Par Hasard opened at the Ceintuurbaan in De Pijp in Amsterdam. It seems that I’m not the only one with a frikadel fetish. Xander one of the founders of Par Hasard likes the snack just as much as I do. And because of that he asked his chefs to create the best organic frikadel in Amsterdam. Thanks Xander! Par Hasard is now my new late night snack hotspot :-).
Of course Par Hasard also serves delicious fresh and homemade fries with artisan sauces and other home made snacks.
