Voor healthy food moet je naar Village Green Tel Aviv!
Als vegetariër word je in Israël op je wenken bediend. De laatste jaren zijn hier super veel vega én vegan spots geopend. Niet alleen in Amsterdam maar ook in Tel Aviv is vega namelijk helemaal hot. Wij kwamen toevallig langs vega restaurant Village Green Tel Aviv en omdat alles er hier zo lekker uit zag zijn we er gelijk gaan lunchen.
Bij Village Green Tel Aviv is alles vega, biologisch en vrijwel altijd home made. Wij probeerden het taartje met aubergine; een soort groente lasagne. Hier kregen we een kleine salade bij met quinoa. Grappig om te zien dat de quinoa trend ook naar Tel Aviv is overgewaaid ;-) Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het smaakte allemaal super goed. Heel vers en fris. Aanrader dus als je zin hebt in een lichte gezonde maaltijd!
