If you travel to London once in a while it’s likely that you know the natural fast food chain Leon. This is the perfect spot if you’re up for a burger!
This fast food chain works with ‘local’ British produce only and all the ingredients are fresh. Leon published a new cookbook last fall. The Leon cookbook is not a typical cookbook with lots of recipes. It tells the background story of British produce and ingredients. The lay out of the Leon cookbook is very cool and trendy.
