King Noodle, Bushwick, New York: Crazy, funky eatery in neon lights

Like Asian food? R&B-hits? Cheap but tasty noodles? Then King Noodle is your place to go!

Don’t expect no fancy restaurant, everything looks actually quite simple. But it will be a funny experience. This is what makes King Noodle the crazy funky hotspot it is. This place is fun.

On Flushing Avenue in Bushwick, somewhere you wouldn’t expect it, you’ll find King Noodle.
When you see the flickering, glowing neon lights and silver decoration you’ll know you have arrived. King Noodle is awesome!

This place is unique. I mean where else can you find a crazy eatery like this with the best old r&b music (“This is how we do it”…), cheap food and drinks, pacman on the walls and a disco ball hanging in the middle of the place. It wouldn’t surprise me if they secretly throw wild parties after closing time. And if not, then it’s about time.

It’s not a place to take your love’s parents. Unless one of the two is some guy called mister Chow, coming back from a 2-day-bachelor-underground-house party.
They’re open until 12am, weekends until 2am! And after that you can always go to the neighbors, a very cool bar called The Narrows.

The Green Curry Noodles and the Spam Fried Rice are seriously tasty.
Will definitely return to this hotspot to try the Kimchee Carbonara With Doritos and to share one (or two…) Scorpion Bowl’s with friends.
And then I’ll be waiting until 2 to make sure these guys are not starting some wicked party here without me…
