Learn about fermented vegetables at the kimchi workshop

The food trend of the moment is to make your own fermented vegetables. You know, right? Vegetables in a jar! Fermented vegetables are incredibly good for your health. They are easier to digest, good for the natural intestinal flora and immune system. We already know that products such as cheese, yogurt and sausage are made by fermentation, but also vegetables can be transformed into a completely different (sometimes even more delicious) products.

An example of fermented vegetables is Korean kimchi, which consists of fermented cabbage and vegetables. It’s not only very cool, but it also tastes super good! Curious? On October 17, The Hoxton Amsterdam organizes a workshop of making kimchi and kombucha. Learn the skills to make kimchi yourself in the kitchen and go home with 1 big pot of fermented vegetables!
