Hotspot & Lifestyle update #25

16 June 2014

I SOOOOO love the weekends! Last weekend I was in Florence to create my Storie Di Stile for Florence. Such a cool project! 10 bloggers go to 10 Italian cities to discover the undiscovered. I can’t wait to tell you all about them :-).

Hope you had fun in Amsterdam last weekend! You can follow my daily discoveries via social media here: Twitter (@yourLBB) or Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest at ‘yourLBB’

Hotspot & Lifestyle update week 25

Storie Di Stile: for Peroni (the stylish Italian beers) I went to Florence last weekend and had the best time with the crew filming all these cool videos for Storie Di Stile! If you’re going to Italy this summer you really have to check out this blog. Best tips for the 10 most beautiful cities there!

Michèle: I spotted this really cool studio of fashion designer Michèle in an abandoned narrow street in Florence. I really loved the stores we found and how they were decorated.

Barber shop: the story of this vintage barber chair is almost like an old mafia movie! This barber chair is bought on a flea market in Catania on Sicily. The rumour is that many of the mafia’s enemies were beheaded in this chair.

Nom nom nom: A great spot to go for lunch or brunch in Florence is Vespe Cafe. Hidden in an ordinary street this small cafe serves delicious organic sandwiches and juices.

Elevator selfie: having fun with the film crew in the elevator! #selfie :-)

Sunset: Florence is super romantic! When the sun sets you have the most amazing view over the Tuscan hills and the bridges. I’m soooo going to miss this view!

More Florence hotspots are coming up on the blog soon. Are you going to Italy this summer for holiday? You can always tweet me at @yourlbb for tips.

Remember: live your week like it’s weekend ;-) and have a great one!

Did you discover a new hotspot I should check out too? Love to hear from you.
