10 x the best spots for hot chocolate in Amsterdam

13 December 2023

Hot chocolate is really our guilty pleasure in the winter months. Preferably with lots of whipped cream and some cocoa powder sprinkled on it. Warming up at a cosy coffee bar where they serve homemade chocolate milk: best thing there is, if you ask us ;-). In Amsterdam there are several places where you can drink delicious chocolate milk. Check out our list with the best hotspots for hot chocolate in Amsterdam. Enjoy!

10 X The best hotspots for hot chocolate in Amsterdam

Pompadour: Besides the small pastries, chocolates, and all the other delicious treats displayed in the showcase, you can also order a delightful, warm cup of hot chocolate in the tearoom. Treat yourself a little extra with a pastry and a beverage.
Huidenstraat 12, Amsterdam

Kessens: After a beautiful stroll through the city, you can head to Kessens for a good breakfast, a tasty lunch, or a relaxing drink. But, of course, the highlight is the hot chocolate featured on the menu.
Rozengracht 24, Amsterdam

Ree7: Especially during the winter months, stepping into Ree7 feels like a warm embrace. I can’t leave this breakfast and lunch hotspot without indulging in a slice of carrot cake and a cup of hot chocolate when it’s chilly. And did I mention they have a hot chocolate freakshake this season?
