Vuelve Carolina in Valencia is a nice restaurant located between the neighbourhoods Ruzafa and the old town. It’s owned by Michelin star Chef Quique Dacosta. The interior at Vuelve Caroline is really cool! With a huge bar with white umbrellas and a green wall with plants.
On the menu at Vuelve Carolina in Valencia you find modern tapas. Perfect for sharing! We went there of lunch and shared some tapas. Must tries are the wild mushroom croquettes, shrimps, razor clams and chicken from the charcoal grill. All delicious!
