The Vegan Junk Food Bar Amsterdam is finally open in the Pijp. YES, that means less biking for their vegan bitterballs, vegan hamburgers and vegan mayonaise. You can visit the very first The Vegan Junk Food Bar at the Overtoom. This location is always packed with hungry (vegan) junk food addicts, so we’re actually quite happy with a second location of this vegan spot.

The one at the Overtoom is comparable to a (hip) snack bar and the one at Marie Heinekenplein in the Pijp is more similar to a restaurant and is even open until 1 o’clock. Oh and they have gin tonics ;-) Better said, you can spend some hours over here with friends. Of course, you can try the familiar 100% vegan snacks, think of nuggets, ‘fish’ and chips, and bitter balls, but also new snacks! If we can believe the rumors, Vegan Junk Food Bar Amsterdam will soon also serve breakfast and we can try coconut soft ice cream and milkshakes. Sounds good!
