Up for a nice breakfast on a terrace in the sun? Or craving a good and healthy lunch in your work break? The last few months some new spots opened their doors and are now ready for tasting. We made a nice list with new breakfast and lunch hotspots in Amsterdam that have opened their doors these past few months. Where have you been already?

7 x NEW BREAKFAST AND LUNCH HOTSPOTS TO EAT GOOD FOOD
Bouillon Brothers: At Bouillon Brothers they have delicious authentic bone broths where you can add toppings like fresh vegetables, noodles, oils and (superfood) spices to your own taste. Do you have the flu? Or a cold? Then go to Bouillon Brothers Amsterdam, they also have the perfect broths to be on top of your game in no time.
Qru: Qru is your new go to place in July, August and September to meet, create and have fun. A pop-up meeting place where residents and businessmen meet to get to know each other and the neighbourhood and where you can have lunch, a cup of coffee, go to the movies, dance and theater shows and drink some beers with friends.

De Tulp: De Tulp Amsterdam is a spot where you can drink coffee on a swing on the veranda, have a tropical lunch on their colourful terrace, a cosy dinner inside and where you can end the evening with a nice cocktail, or better said cocktails.
Ox and Bucks: Have breakfast with a coffee, croissant with butter and jam, lunch with a scrambled egg or croque madame with truffle and have dinner with carpaccio and truffle mayonaise, oysters, baked grater or smokey ribs and end the day with the Chocoholic; a brownie with white chocolate caramel sauce and chocolate ice cream. Oh my…
Park Café Restaurant: Have breakfast, lunch, brunch, coffee or dinner at Park Café Restaurant. Now that the rebuilding of Hotel Arena is almost done, the restaurant also got a new concept. The team of Chefs now cook a plant-based menu with local ingredients.

Hoed & Krelis: Hoed & Krelis is now open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink. You can find the new restaurant in the Ferdinand Bolstraat, just on the corner of the Albert Cuyp. The perfect spot! Expect local and fresh products from the season and meat & fish.
The Dutch Weedburger Joint: Besides the famous seaweed burger, you can also try other fast food snacks. Think of The Dutch Dog and Wish ‘n Chips. There is also Seawharma on the menu, like the the popular night snack shoarma. But, this one is made with seaweed, homemade seitan, shoarma spices and vegan garlic and tahin sauce.
