Little Collins Amsterdam: brunch, bar and restaurant at De Pijp – with video

16 April 2013

Little Collins Amsterdam: my new favourite brunch hotspot!

I love new restaurants in Amsterdam! Little Collins Amsterdam is a fairly new restaurant and bar at De Pijp. A tribute to the owner’s hometown Melbourne in Australia and their favourite food and drinks. The interior at Little Collins Amsterdam is trendy and cosy. A long table where you can enjoy your food with others and a open kitchen so you can smell all the delicious cooking. The menu at Little Collins Amsterdam is set for two day parts. The lunch and brunch and dinner time. The brunch menu is served from Wednesday to Sunday and the dinner menu from Thursday to Friday. After one visit to Little Collins Amsterdam I’m already a fan of the brunch menu. Traditional, heavy and the perfect hangover cure. For dinner the menu is contemporary with dishes you can share with your friends. Little Collins Amsterdam is a popular hotspot to the International community in Amsterdam. In the summer they have a small but sunny terrace. The relaxed vibe at Little Collins Amsterdam make it a perfect spot for just drinks too.
