Kanarie Club Amsterdam: lunch, fine dining, bar bites and cocktails in De Hallen

24 November 2016

kanarie club amsterdam is the new all day hotspot in west

The guys behind the Foodhallen in Amsterdam-West are always developing their concepts and the latest edition is the all day spot Kanarie Club Amsterdam. At the location where Halte3 and Meat West used to be you can now stop by from breakfast to late night cocktails in a yellow and blue interior design. The concept is ‘next generation hospitality’ and that means that the Kanarie Club is place where you can go for everything. It’s a place where you can eat, work, drink and dance. Early birds can wake up slowly while enjoying breakfast and coffee. Hard workers can make use of the various working facilities and the party animals can go to the huge central bar to taste one of the several local craft beers. You don’t like beer? They also serve cocktails at the Kanarie Club Amsterdam. Even better, you can also choose some bar bites to go with that. Nice!

Menu x Kanarie Club Amsterdam

When I say all day hotspot you might don’t hink of fine dining in the evening. But trust me when I say that It’s true! The concept for dinner is a 3 to 5 course menu with choice for: starter, middle, main, cheese and sweet. Most courses offer a choice of three dishes and there’s always a vegetarian option. There’s also a special kids menu so you can bring them to dinner too.

During the week the Kanarie Club al opens at 8.30 am and on the weekends at 9.30 am. I was there to try and taste their menu and I have to say: I was happily surprised! Mackerel as a starter, veal cheek as the main and an explosion of chocolate as dessert. Just check the picture below!
