Ferilli’s Amsterdam is de Italiaanse hidden gem in hartje Amsterdam waar je heel snel een tafeltje wilt reserveren. De Italiaanse Carlo Ferilli, onder andere bekend van George, en chef Donatella Zampoli openen vandaag een high-end restaurant in The College Hotel in Oud Zuid. Een restaurant in de jaren ’20 sfeer met klassieke Italiaanse gerechten, een stijlvol interieur en hoogwaardige service. Van risotto, pasta, pizza en eigenlijk alle Italiaanse gerechten worden wij bij Your Little Black Book altijd happy, dus wij kunnen niet wachten om aan te schuiven. 

BIJ FERILLI’S AMSTERDAM VIND JE KLASSIEKE ITALIAANSE GERECHTEN

In steden als Rome, Florence en Siena vinden wij het heerlijk om eindeloos dwalen door de kronkelende straten om tegen die verborgen restaurantjes aan te lopen waar je vervolgens jaren later nog steeds over kunt praten. In Amsterdam gaan we in vervolg dus naar Ferilli’s Amsterdam in The College Hotel voor de allerlekkerste gerechten uit de Italiaanse keuken. Denk aan risotto ai funghi, melanzana en pasta al ragù di bologna. Sommige gerechten krijgen een moderne touch als de groentetempura bij de gebraiseerde kalfswang en het trio van Italiaanse burgertjes. Lekker!

Naast een heerlijk diner kun je bij Ferilli’s Amsterdam ook terecht voor all-day breakfast en een drankje en een hapje aan de bar.

Ferilli’s Amsterdam kun je vinden op de begane grond van The College Hotel, tussen de binnentuin en het ruimte, zonnige terras. Zachte tinten, olijfkleuren en natuurlijk materialen komen terug in het minimalistische interieur. Het oogt modern en chic. Oftewel eigenlijk gewoon heel erg Italiaans!
