East of Greenwich Village you will find the East Village neighbourhood. Loved by the locals to live! If you want to explore this neighbourhood, I would plan a visit at the end of the afternoon. Many restaurants and nice bars are only open at the end of the day until late at night. Then the neighbourhood really comes to life!
