YES! The moment is finally there! The last month of the year 2016 has arrived. At the editorial offices of Your Little Black Book that’s the equivalent of a month filled with culinary quality time with friends and family, special pop-ups and and fine Christmas markets. Because yes, we love Christmas markets. Every year we look forward to the stroll along the stalls, the warm glühwein and cozy lightnings. And a great plus: Amsterdam gets more and more special Christmas markets. LIKE! Check out these 9 x the best Christmas markets in Amsterdam.

Museum Market Christmas Edition: the Museum square is always pretty, but just a little bit more pretty during the Christmas season. During the Museum Market Christmas December you can shop the best art & design gifts. On December 18!

Ice Village Amsterdam: besides the Museum Market Christmas Edition the Museum square makes also place for Ice Village Amsterdam. The ice rink is surrounded with stalls filled with nice Christmas decorations.

Neighbourfood & Amsterdam Blend kersteditie: also the well known Neighbourfood Market will host a special Christmas edition. On December 17 & 18, you’ll shop the best things at their between Christmas & Kitsch themed market, a collaboration with Amsterdam Blend.

Kerstmarkt van Roest: do you love the Nightmarket at Roest? Good news for you! On December 18 there will be a special Christmas edition. Good food from the food trucks, cool brands and live music in a Christmas setting.

Local Goods Market: of course the Local Goods Market cannot stay behind. For all your food cravings, art, books, design and fashion this is the place to shop on December 17 & 18.

Funky Xmas Market: go gift hunting at the Funky Xmas Market at the Westergasterrein on Sunday December 11. It’s the Sunday Market, but totally in Christmas spirit.

Pure Markt: over 90 craft entrepreneurs in the field of food and drinks and special non-food. The Pure Market xmas edition will be at the Amstel location on November 11 and at Frankendael on December 18.

Kerstmarkt op Haarlemmerstraat & Haarlemmerplein: the Haarlemmerstraat, Haarlemmerdijk and the Haarlemmer square are transformed into the biggest Christmas market of the city. The perfect setting to get in the Christmas spirit and complete your gift hunt.

Sissy Boy: woah, the Sissy Boy Christmas Market went crazy when we posted it on Facebook. Not that surprising, because its by far the most popular Christmas market in town. Perhaps that has something to do with the delicious drinks and cozy vibes over there…
