The Chef’s Table at Choux is an absolute recommendation. Here you can enjoy a 3, 4 or 7 course menu (from €31,- to €55,-) with 18 of your best friends. Chef Merijn turns your dinner into a culinary feast and host Figo is definitely one of the better hots in Amsterdam. And also very convenient: the restaurant is close to Central Station!

Going for dinner at Wolf Atelier is an experience in all perspectives. The restaurant is located on the old bridge at Westerdok, the interior is very neat and chef Michael Wolf serves you the best of the best. There are several tables that give a remarkable view on the open kitchen. Like!

A golden tip if you want to surprise your lover with a dinner: the renewed Vermeer* restaurant. You can choose a 4 course menu for 65 euros already. Chef Chris Naylor works with a changing menu and only gives away the ingredients he uses. The exact preparation is a surprise until dinner is served. A tasty experience!

At C, we know: it’s not about the product here, but about the method of preparation. All the dishes on the menu are divided on temperature. So very cold, very hot or in between. And when you’re talking about a Chef’s Table: the entire kitchen is open!
