Best of July: these were the 5 X most read articles of the month

25 July 2017

PSST… these were the most populair articles of June

Time flies when you’re having fun! July was a month with a lot of fun in the sun and fun in the rain. ‘Cause even though the weather was bad sometimes, we do went to some amazing festivals, restaurants and events with friends. Let’s hope that August will be the same, with a bit more sunshine of course!

The past month we’ve shared a lot with you and if you missed it, at the end of the month you can read the ‘best of July’ in the most read articles here. Look at it as a list as, for example, new restaurants for inspiration for your next dinner date with your friend or lover, but also trend articles and inspiration for new events.

Ps: don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel YOURLBB.TV. We don’t only write about new hotspots in Amsterdam, we film them too!

5 X THIS IS WHAT YOU GUYS ALL READ LAST MONTH

De Tulp: Amsterdam has a new tropical paradise in the Pijp at Marie Heinekenplein. De Tulp Amsterdam makes sure that you don’t have to get on a plane to get that tropical feeling, you just have to jump on your bike. Nice for lunch, dinner and a drink!

Hotspots Leiden: When you think of Leiden, you probably see Leiden as a city mostly for students. That it was also a very fun city for a weekend away in your own country wasn’t the first thing that came to Annes mind either. But my-oh-my, Leiden is such a nice city! You have several cute coffee places there, cafes and good restaurants and it’s great for some shopping at small boutiques and unique concept stores.

Juniper & Kin: We need to wait a little while, but we’ll do that with a lot of excitement. Later this year a new hotel opens its doors in Amsterdam at the Amstelkwartier: QO and this hotel is going to have a such nice hotel bar! Soon we can have a cocktail and enjoy Amsterdam from the 21th floor at Juniper & Kin.

Hoed & Krelis: Hoed & Krelis Amsterdam is a new all-day spot on the Ferdinand Bolstraat in the Pijp. A new place where we really want to go soon. If it was possible, we would jump on our bike and cycle all the way to the Pijp right now. The menu with flowers, the chic interior and the pictures of the food. Okay, we’re excited!

Fiko: A few weeks ago a new pizzeria opened at the Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat in Amsterdam West. And not just a pizzeria. Fiko is a restaurant where you can eat your pizza in an amazing luxurious setting. The interior of Fiko is blacker than black and has a lot of golden details. Ps: they also have a golden pizza ;-)
