I always drink special beers when I’m away on my travels. And as soon as you have a look at the menu of Bar Jackson Dubois at the Spui in Amsterdam you will be dreaming about all the travels you ever made. This new bar is located at the same spot as the Esprit Cafe. Yes, that cafe behind the Kalverstraat where you’ve probably had lunch while you were shopping a long time ago. Good news: this cafe got a brand new interior and after 6pm the menu with coffee and apple pie makes place for a menu with more then 50 beers and 22 kinds of champagne.

The menu of Bar Jackson Dubois takes you on a trip around the world. Spring rolls from Vietnam, Ceviche from South America, Lobster bun from New York, a Caesar Salad and mini burger with Wagyu Beef. Just to name a few! My favourite? The lobster bun!
