6 x the tastiest all day bowls in Amsterdam from poké to oats20 November 2016
the favourite bowls of Denise Kortlever author of “ALL DAY BOWLS”
When I grew up the only thing you ate in a bowl was soup or porridge. Now every dish that follows the latest food trends is served in a bowl. And I have to be honest…. I kinda like it! I think a burrito bowl is so much better than a normal burrito. Or maybe it’s just me that I can’t handle those wraps, lol. And then there are the poké bowls, my latest addiction when it comes to raw fish. A few weeks ago I was at the book launch of food blogger Denise Kortlever her second book called All Day Bowls and MY-OH-MY this lady really knows how to turn every recipe into a delicious bowl. If you want to try it at home you should definitely order her book. Bowls are also perfect to bring to your work as a lunch! Do you rather go out for some healthy bowls? Especially for Your Little Black Book Denise listed her favourite bowls in Amsterdam for you!
6 x the best bowls in Amsterdam
Tip #7 from Denise: officially a deep plate is not a bowl, but I really want to share this last one with you. The desserts at Choux! Still one of my favourites in Amsterdam. The dessert with raspberries, roses and pistache madeleines I ate there a few weeks ago was amazing. Please not that the menu changes frequently though!
