Eatery with only 6 tables! Meet Bouillon B. Baard Amsterdam
Do you know Bouillon B. Baard in Amsterdam yet? Maybe you ordered a delicious Clafoutis with Bakker Baard before. Well… what started as a hobby when Bakker Baard lost his job as an architect, turned into a restaurant.
From baking Clafoutis pies and home delivering them on his cargo bikes to a small eatery with only 6 tables. Interesting to see how things like that with a huge impact on your life can be altered into something positive! Very inspiring and that’s why I made a reservation asap at Bouillon B. Baard Amsterdam.
The menu is inspired by the clafoutis. This is a French pie made of pancake mix and cherries. Or maybe I should say that the menu is an ode to the Clafoutis! From sweet to salty clafoutis, I think I will be very surprised when dining at Bouillon B. Baard Amsterdam! All dishes range from € 7,50 to € 26,- and there’s a special tasting menu for € 68,-.
