Bluespoon Amsterdam: great restaurant at the Andaz hotel14 December 2013
Wining and dining at the Bluespoon Amsterdam restaurant!
It’s already a year since the beautiful Andaz hotel opened in Amsterdam. We love to go there for dinner at Bluespoon Amsterdam, the lovely restaurant of the Andaz hotel. It’s also fun to go there for cocktails after shopping in the city center. The whole hotel is decorated by Marcel Wanders and I love the style. It’s chic with a twist. The menu at Bluespoon Amsterdam is very good. With a lot of use of local produce what gives you a traditional Dutch feeling. On our last visit I had a delicious terrine of duck and also had a taste of the king crab and pumpkin salad. For the main I can highly recommend the sole with saffron sauce and grilled vegetables. In the summer the garden is beautiful and perfect for lunch! Can’t wait to go back again.
PS: if you’re with a group ask for the table near the kitchen! Great to see the cooks at work.
