Make it a September to remember! And one thing is for sure: with all the fun things to do this weekend there’s no way you’ll forget the perfect start of this amazing month. Let’s start with the very first edition Bites & Vibes of foodora. A food market in the Marktkantine where you can taste delicious meals of local restaurants. After editions in Berlin, Toronto and Vienna now fin-al-ly in Amsterdam. Yes! And of course there are many other events this weekend, including the very first oyster tastings and popping parties. – The best of both worlds is brought to you by the newest hotspot of the Rokin: Adam & Siam, An Amsterdam bistro with Asian touch! As well on the menu as in the interior.

– No new hotspot but definitely one of my favourites: restaurant 5&33 nearby Central Station. Go enjoy the delicious Italian dishes for a perfect start of this month!

– Bar Mowgli is up & running and that means celebrations! Live music and outside bars during The Big Opening, yes!

– The opening of the new season is celebrated at Razmataz during Zilte Zondag. And you now what this means: oysters for 1 euro!

– But also on Saturday you can already taste oysters during Zwoele Oester Avond at restaurant Noordwest on the Noordermarkt!

– I loooove the night markets in Asia! And that’s why I’m super thrilled for the Food Night East in the Javastraat this Saturday night. Flavours from all over the world that you can taste!

– Are you more into Cuba? Then the Noordermarkt is your place to be this Sunday! During Son Cubano the biggest Cuban salsa party of Amsterdam is celebrated. Including bbq and Cuba Libres! gevierd.
