Weekend tips for Amsterdam April 3, 4 & 5 (and 6) >>
This weekend it’s time for easter! And that means you guys have an extra long weekend! Huray :-). That’s great news, because there are so many fun things to do in Amsterdam… I’m visiting DGTL & CULY festival this weekend, and so excited to go there!! On Sunday I will have a nice Easter Brunch at Remise47. Do you already know where you’re having brunch? If you don’t: Ive selected some great Easter Brunch places for you! Combine this for example with a visit to the Sunday Market or the Local Goods Saturday Market. Happy easter!!

– Cool! AH opened a pop-up store with all their organic products. I cooked some of my fav recipes there last week. Check them out here. The AH bio pop-up is open all week for your Easter shopping!
– Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 it’s time for the CULY food festival ! The best place to try all sorts of delicious food, or follow some fun workshops.
– It’s LOBSTERWEEK at Razmataz!! The owner and Chef-Kok went to the coast of the Netherlands in Zeeland to get some great Lobsters for you! The kitchen team will prepare them in 3 different ways, so go and try!
– PLLEK has planned some nice bands during the easter days, so you can enjoy some music while you’re having their new spring-menu! Hopefully the sun will come out too.
– Friday it’s time for Happy Oyster Hours at EAST57! Oysters for only 1 euro combined with the best wines!
– Do you love milk? Go and taste different sorts at the De Melksalon. Or follow one of the workshops!

– Go for a (classical brunch) klassiek brunchen at PLLEK on Monday the 6th! Classical music (live), combined with a six-course menu. If you just want to pass by for drinks; not a problem! Just make a reservation in advance!
– Sunday April the 5th HUGO’s organizes an easterbrunch. From 12:00 onwards you can join us for eggs, brunch, chocolate bunnies, bloody mary’s, mimosa’s and cava!

– Celebrate the first day of easter at the Sunday Market!
– And their will be a Local Goods Saturday Market again at de Hallen.
-On Saturday the 4th of April and Sunday the fifth, there will be some special performances at De Hallen Studio’s in Amsterdam West. On Saturday Chez Stanley: a great performance (with a bar, great service and afterwards a party! ). More into classical music? Visit Podium sessions on Sunday.
– Did you go to the new expo Bodyart at Tropenmuseum in East yet? This exhibit is all about Bodyart from all over the world. Warning: you might want a tattoo after visiting ;-). Read all about the expo here. Until August 30.
– On the occasion of the publication of Terry O’neils new Rock ‘n’ Roll photobook there will be an exposition with the same title at Eduard Planting Gallery. Come and see a great selection of the stars of the music industry, like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse, Diana Ross and many others.
