Finally some real good food at the Overtoom: meet Adam!
Adam is the newest restaurant at the Overtoom in Amsterdam West. A restaurant that doesn’t do trends. And that’s quite refeshing for a change! This restaurant is all about food, good wines and great service. Three friends started restaurant Adam together and it’s really nice to experience their enthusiasm :-).

Adam is a gastrobar in Amsterdam. A relaxed restaurant setting that has something between a cafe and a restaurant with good food. The menu at Adam is classic! With a steak tartare, cote de boeuf and a catch of the day. I went there last week for a night of wining and dining and girl-talk with my friend S.
I can highly recommend the tasting menus (3-7 courses) with wine pairings. We enjoyed the 4 course menu and it was all so delicious! After the dessert wine we were a bit tipsy when we left Adam as the last guests of the evening ;-). A night, like a girls night out should be!
This neighbourhood gem is a great addition to the restaurant scene at the Overtoom neighbourhood. We’ll come back soon with more friends!
