ABCyou in Valencia is a super cosy B&B!
Valencia is a very nice city for a short city trip. And if you go there my number one pick for your hotel is B&B ABCyou. This cosy B&B is located in one of the most trendy districts of Valencia called Ruzafa. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the old town and the main shopping street.
ABCyou is run by Daphne and Wouter, two Dutchies who left everything behind in Holland to live their dream in Valencia. They remodelled the B&B completely and re-opened the new concept in September 2013.
ABCyou is housed in a beautiful old Spanish building and has unique designed rooms. I love the mix of the authentic old details, design furniture and clean white walls. We stayed in a beautiful bright room with huge windows. We were welcomed with a bottle of Cava at our room! Great way to start our city trip to Valencia :-).
Since the building is sooo old it can be a bit noisy when guests come back from dinner later at night. You’re provided with ear plugs to make sure you have a good rest.
Love this lamp! I actually have the clock from this designer at home in Amsterdam.
Every morning Daphne and Wouter make breakfast for the guests. All ingredients come from the local market and are delicious. Toast with tomato and jamon or cheese, a fresh juice and yoghurt with granola. Of course I had my morning cappuccino with that! ABCyou also offers coffee to go for locals in the neighbourhood. Or if you want to take a coffee with you when you start your day of hotspotting in Valencia.
ABCyou in Valencia has a cute garden. The rooms in the basement and one room on the first floor have direct access to the patio. A quite place to enjoy some drinks and delicatessen from the local market before you go out for dinner.
When I go back to Valencia I will definitely stay at ABCyou again. Daphne and Wouter are great hosts and are happy to provide you with the latest tips to make your weekend perfect!
At ABCyou you can rent bikes too. Perfect if you want to discover more of Valencia and go to the beach for example to have lunch at La Mas Bonita. We did that and had a lovely day at the beach!
