Sagardi Valencia: for Spanish pinchos

14 October 2015

eat pinchos at Sagardi Valencia!

If you like shared dining and eating small bites as much as I do, Valencia is the place to be. Here they serve them as a different kind of tapas, which are called pinchos! Small bites, mostly served with a bread roll on a stick (pincho). Like at Sagardi!

Here you pick a table and take a walk to the bar to choose a pincho. With salmon, tuna, small hams, cheeses, eggplant.. it all looks amazing and tastes amazing. Funny detail: you have to pay for the amount of sticks you had.

Sagardi Valencai

Restaurant Sagardi in Valencia has an authentic interior. Lots of dark wooden furniture and wine barrels in a corner. It looks like it’s a very popular place to go to because every evening it’s busy with locals and tourists. Do you feel like dining at a more modern spot? Go to Orio!
